TIPS/COMMENTS:
*   USEFUL: p. 65 *or* p. 69 of "basic" instructions booklet (depending
    on version) -- has 1:1 image of axles and their numbers/lengths!

*   NOTE: remember, gather the pieces for the step, THEN build the step;
    these "feel" harder to me than the lego-booklet steps;

*   BEWARE - pix of axle-pin-w-friction look a LOT like pin-w-friction!

issues with certain STEPS:
* all is fine until STEP 8 --
    where the BIG problem may be: our kits have NO axles of size 7!
    ...CAN this robot work with a kluged axle of size 8? NOT YET KNOWN
    (switched out my tester brick with another teams, it kept dying
        during my tests... was it the axle or the brick?)

* STEP 9: requires a part we DON'T have in our kits!
    ...I tried to kuge with 2 axle joiners perpendicular instead,
    AND AM ACTIVELY INTERESTED in better solutions!

*   STEP 11: we don't have a 3 axle with stop -- using a plain 3 axle,
    and hoping that's OK

* STEP 12: use half the pieces on one side, and half on the other
    STEP 13: ditto
    STEP 14: ditto, and need a 5th size-7 beam, provided from spare parts;

*   STEP 15: need a 6th size-7 beam, provided from spare parts;
    * also: put size-7 beam on "far" side, pin in TOP hole,
        and put size-9 beam on "near" side, pin in 3rd hole from top as
        shown.

...OK to STEP 24.

*   STEP 24: need *2* more size-11 beams than are in the kits;
    * 2 more are provided from spare parts
    * use half the pieces on one side, and half on the other

* STEP 25: need more size-9 beams; 2 more are provided from spare
    parts.
    * use half the pieces on one side, and half on the other

* STEP 26: needs a 4-pin-2-hole piece not in kits, provided from
    spare parts;
    * still no size-7 axles, trying to use size-8 axles from spare
        parts; I *think* that part works;

*   STEP 28: didn't use size-4 -- maybe because used size-8 in step 26?

* STEP 29: put an extra axle joiner OUTSIDE of 3rd wheel instead?
    * another small wheel IS provided from spare parts, so you DO now
        have 3

...and I'll post the code soon...
